To be considered for admission into the first degree programme, candidates should

1. Have five credit pass in not more than two sittings in any of the following examinations;

  • General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level Examination
  • West African School Certificate Examination (WASCE),

GUIDELINES FOR 2016/2017 SCREENING OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION (Download pdf copy here)

  1. All candidates who made Niger Delta University their first choice and scored 180 and above in the 2015/2016 UTME, should pay the sum of three thousand, five hundred naira (N3,500.00) only into Diamond Bank Plc. NDU School Fees Account Number (0016405919) and Eco Bank Limited NDU School Fees Account Number (3042004288) nation-wide, being the cost of the Screening process.
  2. Candidates should photocopy the Bank teller issued to them immediately after payment of the above sum.
  3. Four hours after payment of the Screening fee, go on-line to cse.sarmsndu.org, click "get-e-pin" option to print your e-pin.
  4. Use the e-pin to complete the Screening Form. Ensure that a recent colour passport-size photograph which must be sharp, showing candidate's face clearly with no head gear is scanned.
  5. Print a copy of the Form you have filled from the website.
  6. The deadline for on-line submission of Application Form is 1st July, 2016.

    Note: Niger Delta University will not be held liable if you provide an invalid GSM number and e-mail address.
Procedure for registration of Fresh students for Academic Activities
It is mandatory that all fresh student of the University are cleared and register for courses as applicable to their respective departments.

The procedure for the registration of students is as follows:

Clearance and Registration Procedure
The under listed steps should be followed for Clearance and Registration
i. Buy an NDE acceptance e-pin slip from recommended banks
ii. Go to http://www.clearance.ndu.ac/ or http://www.ndu.ac/adminclear/ and click on admission/clearance producer to complete the online clearance
iii. Required documents for online clearance: the following documents should be scanned in and attached in jpeg/jpg format
a.
WAEC/NECO/SSCE?GCE/ETC (not more than two (2) results).
b.
A signed statutory declaration of good behavior
c.
Two (2) signed attachment letters addressed to THE REGISTRAR, NIGER DELTA UNIVERSITY, WILBERFORCE ISLAND, BAYELSA STATE, NIGERIA.
d.
Birth certificate/age declaration e. Local government area identification letter
iv. Required Documents for Verifications at NDU
a.
Original copy of NDU admission letter
b.
Original JAMB admission letter printed from JAMB website
c.
Signed acceptance form
d.
All original of documents used for the online clearance
v. The following documents are issued after a successful completion of the online registration and certification process:
a.
A Personal Data form Take the Personal Data form to the examination and records department for signature
