INTRODUCTION
Niger Delta University offer you part-time degree programmes that will develop and extend your knowledge, and help you stay relevant in today's dynamic economy. We have over 20 quality degree programmes that are rigorous and multi-mode. These factors are highly valued by busy executives who demand learning that can be tailored to suit their busy schedules and knowledge and skills that are immediately applicable to their jobs.

The Part-Time Programme is designed for students who for reasons of employment, family responsibilities, or health are not able to carry the full course load, while at the same time offering the opportunity for an intense educational experience. At Niger Delta University, our continuing education programme is committed to providing accessible univesity-level education for those who desire to better themselves in work-related competencies for career advancement, to keep abreast of the latest developments in theri career fields, or just for personal enrichment.

Students can pick from a diverse choice of programmes amongst the five faculties - Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of education, Faculty of Management and Faculty of Social Sciences.

To be considered for admission into the first degree programme, candidates should

1. Have five credit pass in not more than two sittings in any of the following examinations;

  • General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level Examination
  • West African School Certificate Examination (WASCE),
  • National Examination Council (NECO),
  • National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) or their equivalents
